Data we store
Account details, resumes you upload, resumes we generate, job postings you save, application records, application-inbox emails, encrypted job-site credentials, and billing history. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and never stored by Piggzy.
How we use it
Solely to operate the product: tailoring resumes, preparing and tracking applications, classifying application email, and billing. Resume contents are sent to our AI provider to perform tailoring you request; they are not used for advertising and not sold.
Your controls
View and copy your application-inbox address, enable or disable forwarding, export application emails and metadata, stop using the application inbox, delete stored messages, and delete your account and data from Settings. Note that employer accounts created with your application-inbox address may continue to reference that address for password recovery after you leave.
Security
Row-level data isolation, private file storage with signed URLs, AES-256-GCM credential encryption, and audited access. See Security & privacy for details.
