Frequently asked questions
Is resume creation really free?
Yes. Uploading, parsing, tailoring for roles, industries, and specific jobs, previewing, regenerating, and downloading resumes are all free. Backend fair-use limits exist to prevent abuse, but resume work is never a paid feature.
When exactly am I charged?
Only when a Copilot or Autopilot application is successfully submitted and verified. $2 per Copilot application, $1 per Autopilot application (prepaid credit packs bring Autopilot as low as $0.79). Discovery, resume generation, preparation, failed attempts, and anything you abandon cost nothing.
What is my application inbox?
A dedicated email address created for your job search. It's used to create employer accounts, receive verification links, confirmations, recruiter messages, and interview invitations — all classified and linked to the right application. Important messages can be forwarded to your personal email.
Do you need my personal email password?
Never. We will never ask for the password to your personal Gmail, Outlook, or any personal account. Employer-site accounts are created with your dedicated application inbox and unique generated passwords, stored encrypted.
Will the AI change my resume's formatting?
No. Tailoring edits wording only. Fonts, sizes, colors, tables, spacing, margins, bullets — the entire layout — are preserved and validated structurally before a file is produced.
Can the AI invent experience to match a job?
No. The system is designed to never fabricate employers, dates, degrees, certifications, skills, metrics, or work authorization. It strengthens the wording of what's genuinely there, and flags qualification gaps instead of papering over them.
What happens with CAPTCHAs and assessments?
The agent pauses and asks you. It never bypasses CAPTCHAs, multi-factor authentication, identity checks, assessments, or legal declarations, and you're never charged for applications blocked by them.
Which job sites are supported for automated submission?
Piggzy detects Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and iCIMS, plus generic career pages. Automated form submission depends on deployment configuration; where it isn't available, Copilot prepares everything and guides you through a manual submit — with no charge until the submission is confirmed.
Can I stop Autopilot at any time?
Yes. Pause and stop controls are always available, daily caps and spending limits are enforced, and the requested application count refers to successful submissions, not attempts.
What if a submission is recorded incorrectly?
If an application was recorded as submitted but turns out not to have been, the credit is restored automatically. You can also flag it from the application detail page.
